Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the website latepathpro.pro and your enrolment in educational programmes offered by Late Path Pro ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. About our services
Late Path Pro provides structured online and blended learning programmes related to blogging, freelancing, online selling, and foundational digital skills. Our courses are educational in nature. We provide instruction, templates, and advisor feedback — not employment, investment advice, or guaranteed business outcomes.
Course descriptions on our website summarise typical content and objectives. We may update curricula to reflect platform changes or improved teaching methods. Material updates during your enrolment period will not reduce the overall scope of the programme you purchased.
Occasional guest speakers or updated tool demonstrations may be added to live sessions without altering the core learning outcomes stated at enrolment.
2. Eligibility
Programmes are designed primarily for adults aged 45 and above residing in or closely connected to Singapore. You must be at least eighteen years old to enrol. You represent that information you provide during registration is accurate and that you have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
3. Enrolment and fees
Enrolment is confirmed only after we accept your application and receive payment according to the invoice issued to you. Fees quoted at enquiry stage are indicative until confirmed in writing. All fees are stated in Singapore dollars unless otherwise specified.
Payment plans, where offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension of platform access until the account is settled. We do not charge hidden registration or certification fees beyond what appears on your invoice.
If you believe an invoice contains an error, notify us within seven days of receipt. We will review and issue a corrected invoice where appropriate.
4. Refunds and cancellations
If you cancel within seven calendar days of enrolment and before accessing more than one module, you may request a full refund minus any payment processing costs we cannot recover. After this period, or once substantial materials have been accessed, refunds are at our discretion and may be partial, credited toward a future cohort, or declined depending on circumstances.
We may cancel or reschedule a cohort due to insufficient enrolment or instructor availability. In such cases, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@latepathpro.pro with your full name, enrolment reference, and reason for the request. We respond within ten business days.
5. Learner responsibilities
You agree to:
- Participate respectfully in community forums and live sessions.
- Submit only your own work unless collaboration is explicitly permitted.
- Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
- Use course materials for personal learning only, not for unauthorised redistribution or commercial resale.
- Comply with applicable laws when applying course techniques — including advertising standards, consumer protection, and tax obligations related to any income you earn independently.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in restricted platform access or termination of enrolment without refund, particularly where conduct affects other learners or staff.
6. Intellectual property
All course videos, documents, templates, and branding on our website and learning platform are owned by Late Path Pro or our licensors. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access materials for the duration specified in your programme agreement.
You retain ownership of assignments and projects you create. By submitting assignments for feedback, you grant us a limited licence to review and comment on that work for educational purposes.
You may not record live sessions, redistribute course videos, or publish our proprietary templates as your own commercial products without written permission.
7. Advisor feedback and community
Advisor comments are guidance based on professional experience, not legal, financial, or tax advice. For matters requiring licensed expertise, consult qualified professionals in Singapore.
Community forums are moderated. We may remove content that is abusive, spam, misleading, or promotes unlawful schemes. Repeated violations may result in removal from the programme without refund.
Forum posts you publish remain your responsibility. Do not share personal information about third parties without their consent. We may preserve moderated content internally for dispute resolution but do not republish removed posts.
8. Disclaimers
Our courses teach skills and processes that may help you pursue online income opportunities. Results vary widely based on effort, market conditions, niche selection, and individual background. We do not guarantee specific income levels, client acquisition, or ranking positions.
The website and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free content. We maintain reasonable uptime for our learning platform but do not guarantee continuous availability.
Testimonials and case examples on our website describe real learner experiences with identifying details changed where requested. They are illustrative and not representative of all participants.
9. Platform access and conduct
Learner accounts are personal. Sharing login credentials with non-enrolled individuals may result in suspension. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy platform content using automated tools. Reasonable personal note-taking and offline review of materials you have access to is permitted.
We reserve the right to remove learners who harass staff, advisors, or other participants, or who use course knowledge to promote deceptive schemes, spam, or unlawful activity.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Late Path Pro and its instructors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific enrolment shall not exceed the fees you paid for that enrolment.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Late Path Pro from claims arising out of your misuse of course materials, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful business activities undertaken after completing our programmes.
12. Third-party platforms and tools
Courses may reference third-party platforms such as blogging tools, freelance marketplaces, or e-commerce services. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless explicitly stated.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Modifications
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or platform after changes constitutes acceptance, except where prohibited by law. Enrolled learners will be notified of material changes affecting active programmes.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes through direct communication before pursuing formal proceedings. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contract.
